You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The bag should be returned with its original packaging and tags

• The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration

• Your order number or proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions and a free return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
